This album is a collection of mostly original rock songs and instrumentals compiled from several of Catfish John's albums. These tracks provide a nice mix for those especially into rock music. It features five new original and previously unreleased tracks, "Blues For Jimi", "Tapped Out", "Acid Trip" ,"Boogie For Three" and "Drain The Swamp". There is also a remixed and extended version of his song "Heartache".
There are several cover songs also included like "Born Under A Bad Sign" and "After Midnight". One of the covers "Hey Joe", supposedly written by Billy Roberts originally, was then later made famous when recorded by Jimi Hendrix. The Bob Dylan song, "All Along The Watchtower" recorded by Hendrix is also covered in this album.
