This double album represents some of Catfish John's best Hard-Rockin' blues based songs. It features his electric slide guitar playing and also shows off his amplified blues harmonica and piano skills. He plays all of the songs with his full band. As a special guest his old friend, Richard Rose, joins in for several tracks on the organ. There are four original songs which Catfish John has written, "Workin' For The Man", "Better Watch What You're Doin", "Peace Of Mind", and "It's A Lie".

Since his first public performances in the early 70's in Denver, Catfish has toured the country both as a solo artist and in bands performing in clubs, coffeehouses, music festivals and concerts. His favorite style of music is a combination of Blues & Rock. He has performed in bands ranging from traditional blues and folk to more modern rock and roll.
